Early

Woke up early this morning, I have been doing this a lot.
We are suppose to get some storms and rain this morning, but they haven't started yet.
Phil is fishing today, he wants to get a good start for o9. I am going shopping for a while today. I need a few new blouses, since we are going on a Cruise in about 3 weeks. I am so excited about our trip. My sisters, myself , spouses (and significant other) are all going on a cruise out of Galveston to the Carribbeaion (sp.) . This is trip is to celebrate our (mine and Phil's anniversary), 44 years.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Hope everyone has a happy New Year. Our kids are still here, they have gone to the Science muesum to see the Body Worlds. It's a very pretty day they should have a good time.
Mr. P and I are cooking peas, cornbread and grilling steaks for supper, come join us. Oh and yes, the ball games are on for the day. Later

Visitors

Sunday:
We had hundreds of Black Birds swoop in after a nice rain this morning.
We had wondered what was happening to all our bird seeds, now we know.
I have made a millionaire , and buttermilk pie today, getting ready for our sweet kids and grand kids. They will be here tomorrow evening, we are having a late Christmas. We are very excited.
Phil went fishing, in all the rain, he doesn't mind the rain, just the wind.
I have also been watching the Texans, they are winning, right now. Looks like they might pull this one our, they only have 3 min.
We have had cold, rainy weather today, I have a fire in the fireplace, feels good. We need to burn a lot of wood, we don't have a shortage of wood, since the hurricane.

Potty

You know you need to loose weight, when you break your potty, it must have been PR., not me.
We worked on the potty today and had to replace it with a new one. Very difficult job for two overweight seniors. At one time PR said why don't you go shopping with C. We are going tomorrow to watch PJ play ball. We are excited about seeing him and his family. Later, Love, Mimi.

Up and Running

I worked on my internet yesterday. I went to the consolidated office and got a wireless router and modem together in one box. The technician talked me through every things after many tries and repeating pass words. I had to also tell him to speak up and speak slow. I think he was just too young. My computer seems to be faster today, I also complained about it being so slow.
Not doing much today, kinda lazy, as usual.
